This Privacy Policy explains how Domainry, owned and operated by Brand Hunt LLC ("Domainry.com", "Domainry", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal information when you access or use Domainry.com and all related services, software, features, functionality, and services (collectively, the "Platform").
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through the Platform, communications with Domainry, and any other interactions relating to the Platform.
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that your personal information may be processed as described in this Privacy Policy.

B. Marketplace Information
When you use the Platform, we may collect information relating to your marketplace activity, including:
- Domain listings;
- Listing descriptions;
- Asking prices;
- Marketplace metadata relating to listed domains;
- Offers and counteroffers;
- Negotiation messages;
- Watchlists;
- Saved Filters;
- Domain Alerts;
- Feature requests;
- Marketplace notifications;
- Transaction-related information; and
- Activity relating to your use of the Platform.
C. Communications
When you communicate with Domainry, we may collect:
- Contact form submissions;
- Support requests;
- Emails;
- Feedback;
- Survey responses (if offered);
- Bug reports; and
- Other communications you voluntarily send to us.
Please note that contact form submissions are transmitted to us by email and are not retained within the Platform unless reasonably necessary.
D. Technical Information
We may automatically collect certain technical information necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and secure the Platform, including:

- Operating system;
- Request information;
- Login activity;
- Security-related information;

Performance of a Contract
Processing is necessary to provide the Platform, create and administer user accounts, facilitate marketplace functionality, and perform our obligations under our Terms of Service.
Legitimate Interests
Processing is necessary for our legitimate interests, including:
- operating and improving the Platform;
- maintaining marketplace integrity;
- preventing fraud, abuse, circumvention, and unauthorized activity;
- protecting the security of the Platform;
- enforcing our Terms of Service;

- operating our business efficiently,
provided such interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.

- exercising or defending legal claims;
- improving our products and services; and
- any other purpose reasonably necessary to operate the Platform.
5. Marketplace Communications
Messages, negotiations, offers, and other communications exchanged through the Platform are processed to facilitate marketplace activity.
Where reasonably necessary, Domainry may also process such communications to:
- investigate suspected fraud;
- investigate abuse or prohibited conduct;
- investigate attempts to circumvent the Platform;
- maintain marketplace integrity;
- protect the security of the Platform;
- enforce our Terms of Service; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
Domainry reserves the right to review communications where reasonably necessary for the purposes described above or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.
6. Spaceship SafePay
Transactions conducted through Domainry are administered through Spaceship SafePay as the applicable transaction provider.
Where reasonably necessary to facilitate a transaction, Domainry may share information with Spaceship SafePay, including information required to identify the parties, initiate the transaction, comply with applicable requirements, and complete the transaction.
Processing performed by Spaceship SafePay is governed by Spaceship's own privacy policies, terms, procedures, and applicable legal obligations.
Domainry is not responsible for the privacy practices of Spaceship.
7. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may disclose personal information:
- to service providers that assist us in operating the Platform;
- to Spaceship SafePay where reasonably necessary to facilitate transactions;
- where required by applicable law;
- in response to lawful governmental, regulatory, or judicial requests;
- to protect the rights, property, safety, security, or legitimate interests of Domainry, our users, or others;
- to investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, prohibited conduct, or violations of our Terms of Service;
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, corporate reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction; or
- with your consent or at your direction.
We require service providers that process personal information on our behalf to process such information only as reasonably necessary to perform their services and in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
8. Service Providers
We currently use third-party providers that assist us in operating the Platform, including:
- Vercel (application hosting, content delivery network (CDN), and deployment infrastructure);
- Supabase (database infrastructure, authentication, hosting, and related services);
- Spaceship SafePay (secure escrow and transaction services);
- Resend (email service provider for transactional emails and notifications);
- Google Analytics (website analytics, performance measurement, and user behavior insights).
- Other service providers reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and maintain the Platform.
These providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform the services they provide to Domainry.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- provide the Platform;
- maintain user accounts;
- facilitate marketplace activity;
- comply with applicable legal obligations;
- resolve disputes;
- enforce our Terms of Service and agreements;
- protect the integrity and security of the Platform; and
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Retention periods vary depending on the nature of the information, the purpose for which it was collected, applicable legal requirements, and our legitimate business needs.
Where personal information is no longer reasonably necessary for these purposes, we will delete, anonymize, or otherwise securely dispose of it, unless continued retention is required or permitted by applicable law.

14. Marketing Communications
Where permitted by applicable law, we may send marketplace updates, product announcements, and other communications.
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
Transactional or legally required communications may still be sent.
15. Automated Decision-Making
Domainry does not make decisions producing legal effects or similarly significant effects solely through automated processing.
Although Domainry may use automated systems to assist in operating certain Platform features, account approvals, enforcement actions, and similar decisions involve human review where appropriate.
16. Children's Privacy
The Platform is intended solely for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Domainry does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of eighteen.
If Domainry becomes aware that personal information has been collected from a child in violation of this Privacy Policy, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information as soon as reasonably practicable.
17. Data Controller
For purposes of the GDPR and similar laws, Brand Hunt LLC is the controller of personal information processed under this Privacy Policy, except where another party, such as Spaceship SafePay, independently determines the purposes and means of processing its own data.
18. Changes to this Privacy Policy
Domainry may modify, amend, or update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date appearing at the top of this Privacy Policy.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice regarding material changes.
Your continued access to or use of the Platform after any revised Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes your acknowledgement of the updated Privacy Policy.
